Location Scouting Part 3: Outdoor Setting

Location - Chatham Cemetery

As an alternative option to the woods, I thought the local cemetery would be an interesting place to look at. It seems to have a similar atmosphere to it, as it is mysterious and gloomy like the woods. What I liked about this scenery is the ornate gravestones and burials which brings some character to the place, so it doesn't look like any ordinary graveyard, and it is almost visually attractive to look at, whilst also having the same dreary atmosphere.

Essentially I chose this as a back up option to shooting in the woods, as the woods are not exactly local to the campus if I were to do some filming there with other people within UCA who wanted to get involved. This means that all of the scenes I mentioned (from 4 - 14 on my storyboard) would be filmed there.
