We made a storyboard for a short film and came up with a narrative for it in our groups using Adobe Premiere Pro. The narrative was as follows, varying a bit with different ideas as it was filmed: a robber (with a mask, beanie, and dark clothes) steals a wallet from a man looking over the balcony, looking cunning and intimidating.

The robber runs away along the balcony, and the man turns around and gasps in shock, checking his pockets. He removes his sunglasses, and two bodyguards come in from the sides, who back him up. They pursue the robber throughout the building, through corners and corridors, which eventually ends as two of the bodyguards leap over the railing and capture him.

The last scene is a dramatic punch (which I later edited out) where he hits the robber and the video ends there. We have used a variety of filming and focusing techniques with the iPhone camera we used to give it a sense of suspense. I used music (royalty free audio from the YouTube audio library) throughout the vide to match the suspense, tension and intense moments throughout, so it was more like a short film.

Using a variety of filming techniques we captured a range of different shots in different places. The one that worked best in my opinion, was the dolly shot using a dutch angle (0:37) (where the robber stumbled and ran through the dark corridor followed by three people following) as the tilting really added to the frantic moment in the film.
